The second, public pillar of Kirpal Sagar is education. Besides the general schools K.H. Public School and the Kirpal Sagar Academy (together almost 1,000 students), it includes the Kirpal Sagar College, various workshops for learning craft trades as well as the facility for vocational training, which can best be described as in-service learning.
Either school or working in a company. Dual vocational training, as in the German-speaking countries, which combines both, is unknown in India. A relic from the English colonial era.
