For some time now, the small building at the organic fields has been part of the teaching operation. Many visitors now come there to see integrated farming and circular economy in practice on a small area. This is an interesting alternative, especially for the many small farmers, to escape the increasingly industrial farming methods. The desire to treat Mother Earth with care and at the same time make a good living from the fruits of fields, bushes and trees is noticeably increasing. The small training and teaching farm offers not only visuals but also the opportunity to try things out in practice, if desired. The high demand made it necessary to extend the sanitary facilities to meet hygienic standards – for staff and visitors alike. Planned for some time, the project could now be started with the generous support of German donors. This is certainly a sensible undertaking, especially in times of a pandemic.
